It is just really lovely, lovely time, the walking time. And you know what a geek I am, I just love the understanding of how to do it, that I am up-leveling myself in a safe way. I think I just need to know that. I’ve just had too many injuries from running, from pushing my body, from getting into fatigue; I just love knowing how sustainable this is for sure. There’s no aspect of pain involved. And that is beautiful because it ties in with my need at this age and stage of my life. I just need things to be easy, in flow, and I don’t want to do this pushing thru pain stuff when it comes to physical exercise; I just don’t. So this is perfect.
