Lifestyle Longevity Transition Coaching is a high-touch, month-to-month program that helps you plan and execute a move (or major home transition) without sacrificing your health, resilience, or sanity.

This program is designed for homeowners who:
- Are 55+ and considering a move, rightsizing, or relocation in the next 6–18 months
- Feel “house rich, time/energy poor” and want to use this transition to improve healthspan, not just free up equity
- Are overwhelmed by the logistics, timing, and emotional weight of selling, buying, packing, and moving
- Want expert guidance that integrates health, home, and timeline—not just another generic retirement checklist

Over the course of your membership, we’ll focus on:
- Staying strong and mobile while you prepare for showings, packing, and moving
- Simplifying and decluttering without drowning in decisions or family drama
- Coordinating the moving pieces—timelines, health goals, equity strategy, and real-estate decisions
- Avoiding the “health dip” that often hits during big life transitions
- Designing your next environment so it supports longevity: walkability, stairs vs. no stairs, social connection, access to care, and daily movement
The goal is simple: you come out of this transition stronger, clearer, and more in control—with a home that actually matches the life you want for the next 20–30 years.
A four-phase roadmap (so you’re never guessing the next step)
Rather than improvising your way through the most consequential move of your later life, we follow a structured four-phase process:
- Phase 1 – Strategic Audit (1–2 months)
We assess your health, home, equity position, and local market. We map out a realistic timeline for rebooting health, preparing the house, selling, buying, and moving. - Phase 2 – Transition Planning & Preparation (1–2 months)
We up-level your strength and endurance so your body is ready for the work ahead; tackle simplifying and paring down possessions; and outline detailed timelines and checklists for selling, buying, packing, and moving. - Phase 3 – Transition Coordination (2–6 months)
This is where most people burn out. We focus on protecting sleep, mobility, and routines while coordinating communication among real-estate agents, builders, lenders, title companies, and movers—plus mindset coaching to prevent overwhelm. - Phase 4 – Post-Transition Integration (1–2 months)
Once you’re in the new place, we establish sustainable habits, healthcare routines, and environmental design that support long-term independence and vitality.
You don’t have to know where you are in this process when you start. We’ll locate you on the roadmap and move through it at the right pace.

Your Lifestyle Longevity Transition Coaching membership is delivered via a flexible monthly subscription and includes:
- Two 45– to 60-minute 1:1 Transition Support Calls each month
We prioritize your most urgent decisions—health, home prep, packing, finances, timing, and mindset—so you’re always clear on what matters this month. - A personalized action plan every month
After each call, you’ll know exactly what to focus on next, without the “Where do I even start?” paralysis. - A clear, phase-based structure
You’ll always know which phase you’re in and what needs to happen before you move to the next. - Month-to-month flexibility
No long-term contract. Most members stay 6–12 months, and the program can extend up to 24 months depending on your timeline and complexity.
Why this approach is different
Most downsizing support focuses on:
“Find an agent, pick a new place, get the house on the market.”
That’s necessary—but incomplete.
This program is built on three contrarian truths:
- The move itself is the biggest health risk.
